Drawing from a remarkable career in dance, theatre, and Broadway, Diane brings decades of professional experience and a passion for nurturing performers of all levels. Born in Lancashire, England, Diane trained at some of the country’s most prestigious performing arts institutions, including the Hammond School, the Arts Educational School in Tring, and the London College of Dance and Drama. She was awarded the distinguished Stanislav Idzikowski Award for choreography by the Royal Academy of Dancing in London.
After performing throughout England and Europe, Diane came to the United States and became an original cast member in eleven Broadway musicals, including A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Funny Girl, Mame, Coco, and Nowhere to Go But Up.
Students will benefit from Diane’s extensive professional background and supportive teaching style while gaining confidence, creativity, and stronger acting skills in a fun and collaborative atmosphere.
