ABOUT OUR SPACES
Our lobby is closely restored to its 1943 appearance with artifacts, displays, photo murals, reproduction furniture, and other items of the era. The lobby wing studios are named for Tony Award winning actress Linda Lavin and Emmy Award winning costumer Peggy Farrell. Click the floorplan below for a closer look.
The auditorium, the Hannah Block Second Street Stage, seats 200 and is a popular performance venue for community theater and other entertainment productions. The Community Gallery is the home of Wilmington Art Association and features the work of area artists in monthly shows. Click the floorplan below for a closer look.
All front of house areas are perfect for meetings and special events with access to a fully equipped kitchen, lobby baby grand piano and off-street parking is available. Have your next special event in a space filled ambiance. Click the floorplan below for a closer look.
The Donn Ansell Lower Atrium Studio in our basement level is the perfect dance and rehearsal space with a beautiful new dance floor. It would also be a wonderful special event space with a separate entrance and garden. The basement level is also home to Orange Street Pottery. Click the floorplan below for a closer look.
There is a dance studio behind the Second Street Stage and a small studio beside the Second Street Stage primarily used for vocal instruction and a waiting/meeting room. Click the floorplan below for a closer look.
